-Job Description-
The position offers cornerstone responsibilities within the company.
Admin / Finance
The main responsibility is to ensure Financial & Operational compliance
- Financial supervision on of the company and jointly plan its operation with the General Manager.
- Management of vendors such Accounting company (Annual Auditing, supervision on payment to suppliers), HR vendor and headhunters, IT vendor, payment collection from clients, etc.
- Communication with Account Managers & other Project Managers when preparing quotation to clients.
- Adapt reporting format as required from HQ
Project Management
Based on candidate’s experience and skills he/she might be able to:
- Get involved in the Commercial Area and or Project Management
- Handle relationship with clients & prepare proposals
- Pursue new business opportunities
Age: 25 and up
Gender: male/female
Academic background: Bachelor Degree
Other studies
- PC knowledge (MS Office): Advanced, especially Power Point and Excel.
Requirements
- Native Spanish Speaker or Native of other language with High level of written & spoken Spanish
- A good level of Chinese is an advantage
- Committed and responsible
- Excellent command of Word/Excel/PPT
- Experience in marketing- related field working for Technology companies and/or FMCGs is a big plus.
