VP of Operation

an Austria-China company headquarter in Beijing, have offices in Shanghai & HK, openning up a factory in Chongqing.
Responsibilities:
In charge of HR, PR, Administration, IT management, File management and other operational functions (focus on HR);
Help to develop the personnel of Great China ( include Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing &HK)
Develop the company HR system and structure;
Play the role of strategic partner of CEO.
Requirements:
Degree in HR management or other related majors;
Good command of English, can be used as working language;
At least 15 years working experiences, 10 years in the managerial level, have been worked in sizable multinational companies with international mindset, prefer to have manufacturing background;
Experienced in company operation management;
Creative individual with strategic thinking;
Great communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
