General Manager (Dongguan Changan)

Germany owned company, located in Changan, Dongguan with a 6000 sq meters factory plant, around 150 employees in Changan factory.
The company is producing stamping and molding parts, mainly for automative and telecommunication. They are looking for China General Manager, mainly responsible for the daily management and operation of Changan factory, as well as the China marketing and sales part.
main requirements as following:
1.Degree in Engineering or techinicals;
2.Good command of English, German speaking is a big plus;
3.at least 20 years working experiences, experienced to manage a sizable factory in China, good understanding of manufacturing nature.
4.a Sales driven individual, experienced in sales and marketing management;
5.Great analytical and finance management skills
6.Good integrity, responsible and hard working.
Will travel to Germany and other sites very often.
