We are currently looking for people for the Call Center of China Wanderer Travel Consultancy.
Main Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Native Speakers only. (Preferably from North America)
2. Creating and establishing voice and service protocols
3. Interface Experience
4. Help to create, work with， as well as train others on an English interface
5. To support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
6. Good supervising abilities
7. Responsibility as well as ability to maintain good reputation of the company by handling calls professionally
