Direct Personnel are currently recruiting A320 Captains on behalf of our client Capital Air with bases in Beijing, Xian, Guangzhou.

Capital Air are a young and vibrant company and offer a great opportunity to experienced Captains. Life on base is excellent and with a commuting contract you can still go home every six weeks for two weeks off. To do this Capital Air provide you with a generous travel allowance of US$5000 every six months to cover your travel home as well as ID75 tickets on the Hainan Route network (fly to Seattle, USA, Budapest, Europe) as well as this you have unlimited access to Capital Air\‘s own route network for travel in China.

Candidates must have the below requirements in order to apply:

• Minimum of 4000 hours Total Flying Time
• Minimum of 500 PIC hours on the A320

Also, all candidates must hold the following:

• JAA/FAA or ICAO ATPL with current A320 rating
• Current Class 1 Medical
• Last flight on the A320 must be within the last 12 months
• Last sim on the A320 must be within the last 12 months
• Must have a minimum of ICAO Level 4
• Must be under 53 years and over 30 years at the time of application
