English Trainer / Quality Assurance Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Teaching: prepare and offer English language or culture classes based on project requirement;
2. Monitoring: check and monitor the call center English agents' performance；work out an improvement plan;
3. Training: implement team or individual training based on the findings of monitoring and daily observation；
4. Other work: help to check training materials.
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker with experience teaching English
2. TESOL certificate or other teaching credentials a definite plus；
3. Basic computer skills MS Office;
4. Business work experience a plus;
5. Teaching experience in Asia (esp. China) a plus;
6. Speaking Chinese or another foreign language a definite plus;
Pay: RMB 10,000+ per month (around US$2,000). For those not familiar with China, NB: You can live very comfortably on this salary, as Dalian is a Tier 2 city.
