The Position
In this client service role you will be involved in all aspects of the project, including questionnaire and proposal writing though to reports and presentations. They are looking for a candidate with business development skills, someone who is always looking out for new opportunities and a candidate who will take charge and be responsible for delivering the highest output available. This will also include overseeing data quality checks from the team.
Role Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience working within a strong market research agency or client side role
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Must be fluent in English both written and verbal, Chinese preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of Qualitative research concepts and techniques
- Product and concept testing experience essential
- Category experience and expertise in any of the following: hair care, skin care, food and beverage products, household products
