Art Director/Senior Graphic designer

in Beijing
G2 Studio Creative Workshop is an international collective of creative professionals. Our team boasts talent specializing in video and animation, website design & development, graphic design, photography and event management.
We are looking to hire a full time Art Director/Senior Graphic designer for their Beijing studio.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pro-active in terms of decision making
- Effectively articulate, present and pitch ideas for new projects
- Provide input, direction and communication to all projects which require creative input
- Ability to meet demanding time frames
- Guiding clients through all steps of their experience with G2 Studio
- Correct briefing and supervision of the design team
- Work closely with all teams of G2 Studio
- Work with G2\'s Motion Graphic designers on VI and Storyboard
Skills needed:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication, flexibility and interpersonal skills
- Experienced with Communication design, Corporate Identity programs, Packaging Design, Print collateral, Advertising and Web Design
- Deep understanding of branding
- Well-organized
- Mature, self-confident
- Chinese National or Foreigners
- Funky ultimately is a great plus
Technical Skills:
- Super proficiency in with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
