Our client is a well known manufacturer of household goods and apparel clothing. Their trusted brand name has led to their products being sold in China’s largest supermarkets and department stores. They have offices in China’s largest cities, including Guangzhou, where they are seeking a Brand Management officer to join their growing company.
Responsibilities
1. Integrate the use of company resources, planning and marketing strategies to promote products while maintaining the brand image
2. Understand the market demand and analysis of sales data, adjust development strategy of new and existing products accordingly
3. Implement marketing plans and product promotion that reach sales and profit targets
4. Promote new products to meet the market demand and reach the company’s marketing and sales goals
5. Build brand awareness and enhance brand image through marketing
Requirements
1. North American nationality preferred
2. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese level is a plus
3. Experience in retail, particularly in consumer electronics preferred but not compulsory
4. Bachelor’s degree required
5. Available for occasional work travel between major China cities
Starting date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year
Compensation: 120,000-180,000 RMB a year, based on previous work experiences and Chinese level
