Essential Responsibilities· Manage the outdoor Fixture product line(Flood lights) LIFE CYCLE to meet the Short term & Long terms business Objectives and performance target for Asia pacific region, which Include the following

A : Current Products :
1. Ensure smooth availability of products for sale in terms of capacity , delivery and quality by close coordination with relevant cross functional team .

2. Constantly assess product performance in terms of Sales , profitability and drive the necessary actions for price revision /cost out initiatives, if required.

3.Assess product Customization request in terms of commercial and technical viability.
Drive Product requisition to manage the specific deliverables like Price, Specs and lead time .

4. Facilitate the technical , Marketing , Pricing and after sales service support to country sales/ country
PMs to meet their requirements .

B : New products :

5. Identify and Prioritize the new product proposals by in depth analysis of Market, Competition , End user , Direct customer , Regulation and Current products performance . Ensure new products proposals are inline with the country needs and business strategies .

6. Drive NPI programs to accomplish the specified deliverables Specification, Product appearance, Lead time, Investment and cost target . Support relevant cross functional team to ensure that the NPI programs adhered to the defined process.

7. Drive the product commercialization with appropriate go to market strategy to achieve committed say -do ratio . Ensure efficient Product launches with appropriate sales tools and Marcom materials to reduce innovation to market lead time . Provide the clear pricing strategy to the pricing team ensure the target profitability . Coordinate with country sales to revalidate the volume demands and provide PSI forecast to supply chain for advance planning.

C: General :
8. Support sales team by delivering product presentations, Product training and need base involvement
On high visibility projects .
9.Support relevant functions to meet the business target of Volume , Margin, Price , Cost& Inventory
10. Ensure the products , policies and process are in alignment with Regulations and compliances .
Qualifications/Requirements:· BS or MS degree in Electronics, Engineering, marketing or sales background
· 5+ Years working experience in lighting field. Electronics background is preferred
· Good teamwork spirit, strong self-initiative.
· Good communication & influence skill.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and capability of solving tough problems
· Willing to travel as business requires
· Fluency in both spoken and written English and mandarin
