QA Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum. Bachelor degree
- Over 12 years working experience in foreign company, at least 6 years on managerial level
- Good command on English
- Experience in textiles, printing, coating, film, be familiar with garment products quality standard is a must
- 　Strong on QA system execution and improvement

- SPC skills
Role:
1. Quality control system implementation, execution and management
2. Responsible for improving all manual specification and / or raw materials, such as test plans for new or current products, the inspection process, quality standards and sampling plans;
3. Participate in the QA project management, cost savings, process optimization and other technical support;
4. Responsible for internal and external ISO audit, supplier audit, factory audit and performance evaluation, customer QA certification/authorization process
5. Based on production capacity and quality performance , update ISO performance of internal audit and take corrective measure to ensure quality satisfaction.
6. Responsible for improving management quality assurance, quality control procedures, including IQC, QA, QE program, fill in the production process, including testing and reporting, manage the implementation of corrective measures.
7. Work together with production team and engineers to find out new problem (from customer complaint and other sources), prevent reoccurrence and improve quality control process.
8. Ensure QA/QC consistency by updating & improving training and personal development of inspector, other employees, company reps and suppliers with new quality procedures, standards and other improvement measures.
9. Communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure a good understanding of customer requirements and solve all quality problems, complaint claims and the opportunity to improve. Accompany clients to conduct quality audits, updating processes and instructions。
