Main responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead the implementation of the department;
2. Responsible for raising the profile of the company;
3. Direct the US Universities Undergraduate Department team to provide high quality study-abroad consulting services to students;
4. Oversee the marketing and sales of service contracts.
Individual requirements:
1. Masters degree preferred;
2. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from American leading university;
3. High Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English;
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Good managerial capabilities;
6. Familiarity with American education and cultures;
7. Previous education or professional experience in a related field preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
New Oriental offers a competitive package, which includes base pay, commission, allowance, performance bonus, local medical insurance, regular benefits (festival, birthday, teacher’s day, marriage red-pack etc.), multi-cultural environment, and training and development opportunities. The annual income is around RMB 400K.
