Job description:
- Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
- Office Management:
- General administration work in the office, including some sourcing and purchasing
- Responsible for recruitment,
- Administration:
- Responsible for monthly accounting report and petty cash management.
- payroll, social charges
Experience:
- Fluent oral and written English (additional Japanese, Korean or French is a strong advantage)
- Good communication skills
- Open mind, good team player
- Proficient with MS Office
- Mature personality
Education:
• Top University Graduate or above.
